Welcome to Asan English, an English learning app designed for users in Pakistan. By downloading, installing, and using the Asan English app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Account Creation and Usage

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the app.
  • Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account creation process. This includes your phone number, verification code, first name, and last name.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Asan English will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Courses and Membership

  • Access to Courses: Once logged in, you can access both free and paid courses through the “Courses” and “Activities” icons on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.
  • Membership: To access paid courses, you must purchase a membership. Membership options include monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual plans.
  • Payment Methods: Payment can be made via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or online bank transfer. Send payment receipts to WhatsApp number 0333-0093159 for confirmation.

4. Payment Options

  • Available Methods: Payments can be made using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Easypaisa (coming soon), JazzCash (coming soon), and online bank transfer.

5. App Sections

  • Reading Section: Interact with tasks posted by the admin, create posts, and communicate interactively with the administrator through the “Reading” icon.
  • Tips Section: Access various posts to improve your vocabulary via the “Tips” icon.

6. Free and Paid Courses

  • Free Courses: The first three lessons of any course are free. Short courses are completely free.
  • Paid Courses: A subscription is required to access the remainder of the long courses.

7. Settings and Profile Management

  • Profile Settings: Change your account name and last name, view favorite lessons, rate the app, review terms and conditions, and delete your account via the “Settings” icon.
  • Restrictions: You cannot change your phone number or email linked to the account through the settings.

8. Favorites

  • Adding to Favorites: Select the heart icon while going through a lesson to add it to “My Favorites,” accessible via the “Settings” or “My Profile” icon.

9. Language Support

  • Languages: The app supports English and Urdu. Switch between languages in the settings section.

10. Social Media Links

  • Social Profiles: Find and interact with our social media profiles through the links available in the settings section.

11. Course Structure

  • Structure: Each course comprises units, topics, lessons, quizzes, word shuffle, and multiple-choice questions.
  • Unlocking Lessons: Score 70% or above on quizzes to unlock the next lesson.

12. Course Materials

  • Materials: Courses include audio, video, text, image-based content, and slideshows focusing on vocabulary learning.

13. Course Completion Benefits

  • Outcomes: Completing a course will enhance your basic understanding of English and improve your speaking and pronunciation skills.

14. Unique Features

  • Ad-Free: The app is 100% ad-free.
  • Localization: Specifically designed for Pakistani users.
  • Content: Hundreds of flashcards, daily language tips, progressive learning system, interactive quizzes, and content created by top English language teaching experts.
  • Affordability: Lowest rates for premium content.

15. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available within the first three days of purchasing a membership if you are not satisfied with the course.

16. Updates and Alerts

  • Notifications: Receive updates and alerts when new posts are added to the tips section.

17. Account Deletion

  • Process: Delete your account through the “Settings” or “My Profile” section. Confirm your decision, and the admin will review and delete your profile from the system.

18. Subscription Restoration

  • Restoration: Use the “Restore Account” option in the membership screen to restore your account. This applies to Google Pay or Apple Pay users using the same account. JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer payments will automatically restore your membership.

19. Modifications

  • Changes: Asan English reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app.
